1. Domestic Production Mazda's total domestic production volume in February 2013 increased 19.6% compared to February 2012 due to increased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

2. Overseas Production Mazda's overseas production volume in February 2013 decreased 43.7% compared to February 2012, reflecting decreased production of passenger cars.

II. Domestic Sales
Mazda's total domestic sales volume in February 2013 increased 6.3% compared to February 2012, due to increased sales of passenger cars. Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.4% (up 1.2 points year-on-year), with a 2.6% share of the micro-mini segment (down 0.2 points year-on-year) and a 4.3% total market share (up 0.6 points year-on-year).

III. Exports
Mazda's export volume in February 2013 increased 23.6% year-on-year, reflecting increased shipments to North America, Europe, Oceania and others.
